@ rawaldem<br />The tigers have the best pitching in the AL. That is why they are in 1st. They aren't overrated, they are just pitching better than the rest of the division. If they were hitting like they should, imagine what they're record could be. The fact that you think the twins and the sox are both going to pass the tigers shows you're touched in the head. The twins can only win at home in their joke of a stadium (can't wait till next year). The only team the white sox play well against is the cubs and tigers. The tigers can just let everyone else beat up on the sox. Their whole team is a bunch of dirty, cocky, cry babies. Their manager is the biggest of them all.

i am a rays fan but i think that they have been over rated the hole season they are turing it on.

Yes I understand the concept of power rankings, which makes my point they are a joke. The only teams in the top 10 with a chance to win it all are. Boston, Dodgers, Angels

It's good to see that the Angels are moving up. Not only do I hope they win the division, but I hope they go further in the postseason.

rawaldem, the rankings are based on who's playing well right now, not who has the better team.

Yeah Detroit is number 5...Lets see after this weekend. Last time the Tigers came to the dome the twins swept them. I am not saying the Twins are going to win the world series but to be 10 spots back of the Tigers is a joke. How about the Whitesox being 18. The TWINS or the SOX will win this division not the April to July Tigers. The twins are a weekend series from leading the division...Tigers are the most over rated team in the league without a doubt. The Mariners number 11? wow this ranking is a joke.

Let's see how long the Dodgers would stay as #1 if they played in the AL East. Their record is swayed by the weak division, and the rankings should reflect the overall weak NL.
